Emergencies
If you have a leak or think there’s a leak coming from your Heat Interface Unit.
If possible and without putting yourself in danger, take a video of the leak, identifying the source of the leak is important. Please send this is to Hello@with.energy or call us on 0333 8000 111.
If you have lost supply of your heating or hot water
· If it is an emergency and there is a site wide priority fault or Heat Interface Unit priority fault then an engineer will attend site within 4 hours.
· If it is a non-emergency visit and engineer will attend site within 8 working hours (working hours are 9am-5pm)
· If you are a customer in a vulnerable situation we will amend or provide an alternative source of heat within 12 hours.

Getting in touch outside of working hours
If you call us outside of working hours, including weekends and bank holidays, our phone lines will go through to our out of hours team, who will help you in an emergency.
