  • We’ll use our expert knowledge to respond to questions quickly and with care. We’ll handle complaints and fix any problems within the agreed time.

  • We’ll give extra help to customers who need it. If someone is having trouble paying their bill, we’ll work with them to find a solution and only turn off their heat as a last resort.
